Dejado-Colado

What You’ll Need

• 2oz Dejado Premium 100% Blue Webber Agave Tequila Blanco
• 2oz Coconut Water
• 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1oz Fresh Lime Juice 
• 0.5oz Elderflower Liqueur
• Carbonated Water

Method:

1. Add all ingredients, EXCEPT carbonated water, into a shaker tin and shake vigorously for 20 seconds
2. Dump contents of the shaker straight into a Collins (tall) glass (bring all that beat up mint along for the ride) 
3. Top with fresh ice and carbonated water
4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and lime wheel if you are feeling fancy

*Pro Tip: sub carbonated water for Dejado Tequila Soda Lime for Extra Fun
